Important Registration Note
Registration is required for all participants of SADASC'27.
To be published in the SADASC'27 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the conference Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter.
Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to the conference start.
On-site registration fees include conference sessions, conference proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks, as well as the welcome reception and the guided tour of Córdoba's historic centre. The gala dinner is booked separately.
Remote participation is available in every category at a reduced rate. Remote papers go through the same review process and appear in the same proceedings; remote presenters are given a live slot in the programme.
Early bird rates apply only to participants who complete registration and payment before 15 March 2027, regardless of when the paper was submitted.
Maghreb rates apply to participants affiliated with an institution in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya or Mauritania. All other participants pay the international rate.

Authors must register before the camera-ready deadline. Walk-in registration at the venue on 10–11 June is available for on-site listener and abstract-presentation categories at the Regular rate plus €30 (300 MAD). MAD amounts are indicative and settled at the exchange rate on the day of transfer.

What your registration includes
Sessions, catering and the full social programme on site — no hidden extras.
- Access to all technical sessions, keynotes and workshops on 10–11 June
- Conference proceedings published by Springer and indexed in Scopus (author registrations)
- Participant's certificate
- Access to the recorded sessions after the conference
- Lunches on both days, all coffee breaks, conference bag and badge
- Welcome reception on 10 June
- Networking sessions in the patios of the venue
Listener and abstract-presentation registrations include everything above except the proceedings volume. Remote registrations receive the proceedings in digital form and the live stream link, but do not include catering or the on-site programme. The gala dinner on 10 June is not part of any registration fee — book it separately from the table above.
Payment Method
How fees are paid, and what makes a registration effective.
Two days of conference attendance, the proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks, plus the welcome reception and the guided city tour. The gala dinner is booked separately.
One registration covers one paper of up to 14 pages. Each further accepted paper by the same registrant is charged at the reduced additional-paper rate, and only one proceedings volume is issued.
At least one author must register per paper. Co-authors who wish to attend register — and pay — separately. All author registrations are non-refundable.
Registration is only confirmed once the corresponding fee has been paid in full.
Bank transfer is the only accepted method of payment.
